Assistant Director of Strategy & Policy - Social Housing

Paradigm – a leading housing association based in Buckinghamshire with some 16,000 homes – is looking to recruit an Assistant Director of Strategy & Policy.

Working closely with the executive team and across the organisation, the role involves providing insight and leadership into Paradigm’s corporate strategy and policies, including input into detailed costed plans to become a net zero carbon business by 2050.

We are looking for somebody with a deep and wide understanding of social housing issues, including the impact of external factors, both current and those coming over the horizon.

You will be a strong, collaborative leader, able to coach, motivate and inspire your team. You will also need excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present your thoughts and findings concisely and convincingly to a variety of audiences, both internally and externally.

Salary will be c.£90,000 per annum.
