Cloud Infrastructure Manager – 6 Months Contract (Extension Available) – INSIDE IR35 – Sheffield, UK (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead strategic governance, planning, and documentation initiatives within our client's cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-off role, requiring the successful candidate to focus on infrastructure governance, risk management, and strategic planning within the cloud environment. The role will be primarily focused on Microsoft Azure, with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform knowledge being highly desirable.

The candidate will be required to be onsite in Sheffield, UK for 2 days per week.

Cloud Infrastructure Manager Requirements:

• Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure management, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Proven expertise in governance frameworks, risk management, and infrastructure documentation.
• Experience working with key Azure technologies such as Landing Zones, Azure Networking, ExpressRoute, Azure DevOps, Azure AD, RBAC, Azure Policies/Guard Rails, and FinOps.
• Familiarity with ITIL Foundation processes and procedures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
• Desirable experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform for infrastructure automation.

Role: Cloud Infrastructure Manager

Location: Sheffield, UK – Onsite 2 days per week

Contract Length: Initial 6 months (Extension Available)

Rate: Up to £585 per day (Inside IR35)
