Performance Creative Specialist


Location: London (Hybrid)

Length: 12 months

Rate: £35.58 p/h

Hours: 9am – 6pm


Job Description:


  • Deliver full pieces of multiple content creation and production projects that are integrated within the scope of several products or an overarching program, with minimal assistance.
  • Plan, produce, and edit creative content, and create compelling media presentations and production proposals that address the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Develop clearly written content and media creation and pre-production plans, identifying target audience, schedules, and potential problems for campaigns, presentations, and online applications.
  • Brainstorm innovative techniques, tools, or solutions related to content pre-production, production, or post-production to help others (e.g., software engineers, tech writers) create media products more easily by automating manual processes.
  • Help create and improve our client’s content creation and production infrastructure and media-related processes and define content-related processes to team members.
  • Plan and execute prioritized project work including selecting appropriate methods to most effectively achieve project objectives including design, schedule, budget, and resourcing.
  • Understand technical details of client projects and products, assessing client requests to make creative decisions, in line with long-term-objectives and decisions from leaders.
  • Anticipate, propose, and decide on solutions through evaluation and analysis of data and business needs.


Challenge


  • Solve defined production problems, identifying multiple approaches and recommending creative ways to improve on solutions.
  • Help identify standard issues related to any content and media, and work out solutions that improve existing processes and practices.
  • Identify roadblocks, address commonly escalated development issues, and make trade-off recommendations to help the team move forward when there are conflicting priorities.


Influence


  • Work within one or more teams to communicate knowledge related to a broad set of tasks, and assist team(s) in using media tools or our client's technologies to contribute to the health and effectiveness of content creation and production.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment with project vision and plan, and ensure buy-in regarding development decisions, including partnering with product or engineering teams on production issues.
  • Identify the needs of multiple audiences and stakeholder groups, creating content and compelling stories that resonate across multiple groups, and understand competing strategic and executional objectives to align on vision and outcomes in the best interest of our client.
  • Identify tactical requirements and scope, and coordinate timelines, goals, and objectives for the assigned component(s) of media projects to execute on creative and production priorities.
  • Develop tools or processes in sync with rapidly changing products or technologies to support the product delivery and maintenance and help to reinforce production best practices from creative briefing to launch.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of creative and media content creation and/or design, development, writing, production (including pre-production, physical production, and post-production), publishing, and operations processes for content and media, with demonstrable expertise in one of these areas.
  • Develop additional skills through experimentation and investigation and learn techniques for improving the content quality.
