Job Summary


The successful candidate will work to enhance efficiency and consistency within the Safety Lifecycle Services (SLS) and Asset Integrity Management (AIM) solution groups by providing dedicated administrative support. The Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting consultants by ensuring that processes and practices are aligned and consistently followed across solution groups. This role reports to Safety Lifecycle Services Solution Group Manager.

Office Location: Warrington, Hybrid


Job Description


  • Document Management: Format documents for consistency and professionalism.
  • SharePoint Management: Maintain and update SharePoint sites.
  • Marketing & Event Support: Assist with marketing efforts, support in the planning and execution of events and manage social media presence. Coordinate event activities and manage client responses
  • Process Development: Develop and formalise business processes, ensuring methodologies are documented and communicated.
  • Collaboration: Work with the North East Office admin team to provide cohesive support. Build strong relationships with members of the SLS and AIM Solution Groups in both the North West and North East Offices.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the team with adherence to quality procedures.
  • Meeting Support: Schedule meetings, write notes, and drive progress on action items.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to clusters.


What we expect of you?


  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • SharePoint Management: Site maintenance and updates, document library management
  • Basic IT Troubleshooting: Ability to resolve minor IT issues and familiarity with IT support processes
  • Education: BTEC in Business Administration is preferred but not essential.
  • Attributes: Keen, enthusiastic to learn, confident, with good MS Suite skills and a desire to develop further IT competency and business process workflows. Eager to understand and optimise basic technical services.
