Mechanic

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanic to join a UK leading Telecommunications fleet management service.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within an extremely prestigious UK business. As a Mechanic, a summary of your responsibilities below:

• Undertake routine vehicle servicing and maintenance as required.
• Fault diagnosing.
• Strip, fit and replace any defective vehicle components.
• Prepare for, and Test vehicle at in-house testing station.
• Complete job cards and ensure they are returned weekly.
• Liaise with stores to enable efficient stock management and parts ordering.
• Identify and advise if additional work needs to be undertaken by external companies

Essential qualifications and attributes include:

• Experienced working on LCV and HGV vehicles would be advantegous but not essential
• Qualified to NVQ Level 3
