HR Data and Reward Analyst

Elevation Recruitment Group's HR Division are excited to be working with a large international fashion brands retailer in their search for a HR Data and Reward analyst. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week onsite work at their Pontefract site.

The role

The role will report into the HR Data Manager and will involve providing key data insights for stakeholders throughout the business. These will cover a wide variety of areas including;

- Salary Benchmarking data

- Analysis for employee bonus payments

- in depth analysis of HR People Metrics

- Individual complex data requests from Senior Management

- Business restructure projects

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar HR Data analysis role and will be experienced in these areas;

- Reward and benefits analysis

- Salary benchmarking

-HR People metrics

-Good understanding of GDPR

-Competent with Google Docs and Excel

- Experience with business intelligence packages such as Tableau or Qlikview
