The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will report directly to the Marketing Manager.


About the role:


We are expanding our Marketing Team by appointing an acquisition-focused Senior Digital Marketing Executive to drive e-commerce growth and develop digital campaigns across the brands marketing channels. This is a crucial role in our marketing department, where you will also act as the number two to the Marketing Manager and step into a leadership role during their sabbatical absence for 6+ weeks through Dec- Jan.


You will be responsible for driving ecommerce growth, handling marketing analytics, contributing to the overall growth and sales strategy of our business and supporting the Marketing Manager, especially during their absence, with leading the team and department.


With a can-do attitude and positive approach to work, you will combine highly analytical skills with creative conceptual thinking and strong commercial awareness, leading the direction of our online and offline presence and helping to support Sienna X in its next phase of growth digitally. This role will also require collaboration with external agencies, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Ecommerce Growth: Share your knowledge and advice to develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimisation. Keeping our online presence and websites up to date with strong SEO.

Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels, including D2C, B2B, wholesalers, and retailers.

Cross-Channel Marketing: Coordinate marketing efforts across all channels to ensure a cohesive and effective brand presence, including paid campaigns such as PPC & Meta.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and optimise marketing campaigns.

Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Drive retention and lead generation through wider marketing campaigns such as PPC & Meta.

Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Content Oversight: Ensure that all marketing content is consistent with the brand’s voice, tone, and values, and resonates with our target audiences.

International Markets: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies for overseas markets.

Team Management: Lead and manage the marketing team in the Marketing Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth operation and achievement of marketing goals.


Key Requirements:


Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry at a senior level. Experience in e-commerce is essential.


Multi-Channel Marketing: Previous campaign experience and excellent knowledge of multi-channel digital media including, but not limited to PPC, Social Media, Email marketing and SEO.


Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a team, with experience stepping into senior roles when required.


Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.


Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.


Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.


Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a flexible approach to changing priorities.


Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO, Email Marketing
