Key Responsibilities:

• General Administration: Provide administrative support to the costs team, including managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
• Bill Preparation: Assist on the admin side of preparation and serving of bills of costs, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
• Document Drafting: Draft various legal documents.
• File Management: Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is current and easily accessible.
• Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and support departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a legal environment is desirable, preferably within costs or litigation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
