Brake Press Setter/Operator

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced and capable Brake Press Operator / Sheet Metal worker to join our busy manufactruring team. 4 day working week. 07:00 - 5.30 Monday to Thursday

Duties:

• Setting and Operating the press brake.
• Unloading/loading of materials.
• Understanding engineering drawings.
• Using various measuring tools
• Working as part of a team to ensure production targets are acheived.
• Operating the overhead crane.
• Using a guillotine Dutch fiber optic laser.

This is a permanent position within an established and busy manufacturing. You will have at least 2 years experience in a metalwork manufacturing environment setting and operating brake press machines as well as using guillotines and laser cutters. Able to read engineering drawings and use various measuring tools.

40 hour week over 4 days. Overtime available when required at time and a half, Bonus scheme, Pension,Cycle to work scheme, Health & wellbeing programme, On-site parking
