Associate Building Surveyor

We are pleased to be working with a Medium size consultancy on their next exciting hire!

Our client are a multi-disciplinary consultancy with 7 offices across the country who are looking to add an Associate Building Surveyor to join their Manchester team.

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of interesting projects, sectors include residential, commercial, health and projects in education.

The Manchester office has a very strong pipeline of work and the successful candidate will play an important role in securing new work going forward.

Strong candidates who are currently operating at Senior level, looking to take a step up to Associate will also be considered for this role.

My client offers a very competitive salary tailored to the right candidate, along with fantastic benefits. Although they are keen not to set a top banding, the figure will be up to around the £75,000-£80,000 mark.
