Opportunity to work on industry leading innovation projects for a global ingredients business

Here you’ll be working on a wide variety of innovative NPD projects for food businesses in the UK and globally. It’s a hands-on role, working regularly in the lab, formulating recipes that deliver for customers’ needs.

You’ll be joining a talented and supportive NPD team with an impressive broad portfolio of product solutions. They have long-standing relationships with customers across food manufacturing, retailers and brands.

To succeed in the role, you’ll need solid experience developing products using starches, oil and fat blends, knowledge of emulsifiers and hydrocolloids. You’ll need a good scientific understanding of ingredient functionality and experience delivering innovative solutions for customers.

You’ll be joining a well-established global food business that continues to grow and invest in further innovation. You’ll have the autonomy to run your own projects and be customer-facing, whilst having strong support from the wider team.

This is a predominantly site-based position working Mon-Fri days. It’s a permanent role and isn’t able to support with visa sponsorship. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and great opportunities to progress your career.
