Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning / Refrigeration engineer to join a well established HVAC contractor, working along the Central belt of Scotland. The company have a strong background in both refrigeration and building services, being able to provide reliable service and maintenance services for clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and repairing a wide range of air conditioning equipment including the following: Split, VRV, and some Chillers. Alongside working on commercial refrigeration systems too. Dependent on experience you may also be asked to look at other building services equipment such as emergency lighting etc.

You will hold your current Fgas certificate and ideally have and NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in air conditioning and refrigeration.

Package / Salary:

• 41.5 hour working week
• 29 days holiday
• Salary 35 - 40k dependent on experience
• Must be F-Gas Cat 1 qualified
• Hydrocarbon certs are beneficial but not essential
• Supermarket experience would be a bonus
• Transit custom van, tablet provided
• Specialist tools provided
• 24 hour Standby cover rota currently 1 in 7 - 200 payment
