Project Contracts Manager

My client a Building Refurbishment Contractors are seeking someone to join the team. The role will be office based 1-2 days a week and onsite the rest.
Duties may include:
- Taking a project from estimation process through to final completion
- Must be able to juggle several projects at one time - Usually 10 - 15 projects on the go between 6 Contract Managers
- Projects range from a few thousand pounds to 2 Million pounds
Skills and experience:
- A strong building background with enough knowledge to be able to lead people on site and advise clients
- Ability to work to very tight time frames
- Good Social skills for dealing with clients and colleagues under pressure
- Very good Health & Safety Knowledge
- Strong Estimating Experience
- Trade background preferred
- Commutable to Watford
- Background within Leisure/Hospitality Industry about fast paced projects
