- Qualified Social Worker required to join a statutory Hospital Team
- Office base: Guildford
- You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience to be considered

Ward based work case load varies ward to ward but approx. 10/12 complex cases Attend ward MDT's, work with other professionals in the hospital to complete assessments, attend best interest meetings when needed, discharge planning
