What You’ll Do:
- Craft PR Strategies: Develop innovative Digital PR campaigns to boost brand visibility, secure quality backlinks, and enhance online reputations for B2B and B2C clients.
- Media Relations: Pitch stories to journalists, bloggers, and influencers, while managing a database of contacts to ensure continuous coverage and strong media relationships.
- Content & Delivery: Write captivating press releases and content, pitch to media outlets, and monitor traffic and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- SEO Link-Building: Implement SEO-driven strategies to enhance client backlink profiles and drive website authority.
- Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted partner for clients, working closely to understand their goals, upsell opportunities, and deliver business growth.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior staff, providing feedback and helping them manage their responsibilities effectively.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for PR initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Professional: With 4+ years of Digital PR and Outreach experience, you have a solid background in traditional and digital PR. You’re also well-versed in B2B and B2C outreach, backlink building, and SEO strategies.
- Creative & Analytical Thinker: You combine creativity with a data-driven mindset, using metrics to inform and refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Client-Centric: Your ability to listen, understand client needs, and deliver top-tier service ensures client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Innovator: You stay ahead of trends, continuously seeking fresh ideas and innovative ways to elevate brands.
- Team Leader: You take pride in mentoring others, sharing insights, and fostering a collaborative, productive team environment.
