BEMS Project Manager Heathrow

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a BEMS Project Manager to join a highly successful team at our clients Aviation Office located at Heathrow Airport to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of BEMS projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.

What you will be doing:

As a BEMS Project Manager - Data Centres you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. This includes managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations or obstacles proactively. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and resolving issues promptly.

What experience you'll have:

• Must currently be working in a BEMS role as a Project Manager
• Familiar with the Trend and Tridium product range
• Demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Must reside within a 40-mile radius of Heathrow Airport (TW6)
• Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of the recruitment process
