Vertical are working with an exciting niche consulting business that are looking to recruit an Electrical Associate Director to help manage key projects within the business.

My client has built an enviable reputation for being able to tackle the most complex Building Services problems and deliver sustainable, effective, affordable solutions, efficiently.

Their experience ranges from initial feasibility studies to the design of complex and major capital developments; these include strictly controlled research laboratories.

Their clients include major international brands including GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and major NHS trusts as well as leading educational organisations, manufacturing, retail and corporates. Relied upon to solve any built environment problems businesses are confident of my client as partners which is why they return to them often.

The Role
Our client is looking for a Degree qualified and ideally Chartered with CIBSE.
Strong Technical ability with proven track record in the delivery of complex building services solutions.
Working on developing core projects, capability, and resourcing
Managing a high level 2m+ implementation and scheme delivery
Management, development and direction of workforce.
Successful negotiation and win on many external tender bid presentations.
Preparation of project budgets and capital cost proposals for major schemes and clients.
Development of Core Client base for repeat business referrals and work winning.
