Position: ServiceNow Sales Specialist

Location: Remote (UK-Based)

Salary: £60k+ base (with potential to double OTE) + Uncapped Commission and Multiple Accelerators

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced professional in consultancy or tech consultancy to take on a new challenge with ServiceNow. Collaborating with our Director of ServiceNow, you will drive our ambitious growth goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating over £1M in annual professional services sales to new clients (ideally). This role requires a dynamic sales leader capable of working closely with the ServiceNow Director to expand and enhance our business in the UK.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Qualifying prospects and presenting our capabilities to secure new revenue
  • Analyzing market trends to develop strategies and seize opportunities
  • Consulting with CXOs to leverage digital transformation and position us as their preferred partner
  • Staying updated on market developments, participating in industry events, and providing feedback to enhance our offerings
  • Meeting sales revenue and client satisfaction targets



Essential Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow sales experience with a focus on acquiring new clients
  • Proven track record in selling consulting/professional services using Value Selling Frameworks
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to learn, present, and articulate ServiceNow’s platform and products
  • Experience with Professional Services Packaged offerings and the complete sales cycle
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
