About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced In-House Fashion Stylist to join our dynamic team at Strathberry. As an integral part of the creative process, you will be responsible for prepping and styling all shoots, and assisting in shot production, to elevate our brand visually at a time of exciting growth and development for Strathberry.

Contract Type: Permanent and full-time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Please note: this role is based in Edinburgh and will require the successful candidate to work from our Head Office in the City Centre.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Campaign and Ecommerce Photoshoot Styling:

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand the brand vision for each campaign and collection.
• Conceptualize and execute styling concepts that align with Strathberry's aesthetic and brand identity.
• Conduct thorough pre-shoot preparations, including sourcing and organizing wardrobe and accessories.
• Manage the wardrobe logistics to and from set, managing returns, prepping the wardrobe and dressing models when on set.

On-Set Management:

• Be present on set/location during photoshoots to ensure the seamless execution of styling vision.
• Own the management of the Strathberry samples and styling product to ensure all product makes it to and from shoot in pristine condition.
• Work closely with photographers, models, and other team members to achieve cohesive and visually striking results.
• Adapt and problem-solve in real-time to address any styling challenges that may arise.

Ecommerce Photoshoot Styling:

• Lead the styling efforts for ecommerce photoshoots, ensuring products are presented in the best possible light.
• Collaborate with the photography team to create visually appealing and marketable images.

Shoot Production Support:

• Support in the overall production of photoshoots, contributing to the planning and execution of all elements.
• Coordinate closely with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.

Archive and Sample Management:

• Manage the fashion archive and samples for any needs related to shoots, creative and styling activities, in collaboration with the product and studio team. Managing the movement of samples, keeping accurate records and ensuring their availability for photoshoots and events.

About You:

To be a star candidate, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a fashion stylist, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse styling projects.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
