Contracts Manager
Midlands (South)

St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team, playing a key role in the success of 3-4 sites in the South Midlands (Stratford, Worcester, Rugby)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining construction budgets on site without compromise to H&S, quality or customer service.
- Develop and build strong relationships with key external stakeholders and internal reports
- Lead a culture of quality to ensure our status as a ‘5 Star Builder’ is maintained
- Ensure industry best practices are implemented across the team, whilst working with external parties such as the NHBC to create better and safer ways of working
REQUIREMENTS:
- Sufficient experience of Project / Contracts management within the house building industry
- Strong people management experience, and able to demonstrate leadership
- Excellent commercial acumen, especially around budgeting & forecasting
- Exceptional planning, organising and prioritising skills
