Role: Managed Services Lead

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £85,000 + Bonus

TekSelect have an exclusive opportunity for a Salesforce professional with prior experience in a dedicated managed services position, to join an agile and forward-thinking UK based Salesforce Partner. They specialise across the most sought-after industries and are renowned for delivering complex and enterprise projects to global customers across cast Salesforce Products.

You will join a highly talented team of experts who have an impressive background in Salesforce and play a key part in the growth of their practice as they under-go another hypergrowth phase.

This is a London based hybrid opportunity, 2-3 days a week. They often have social meet-ups and social events alongside having a huge presence in networking events.

Within this role you will:

• Oversee and deliver ongoing management, optimisation and support of Salesforce implementations for clients.
• Collaborate regularly with stakeholders to align on business requirements, devise solutions and guide the internal team on delivering these in alignment with Salesforce best practice.
• Involved in strategic roadmap development
• Provide user training and support on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
• Team leadership: Lead and guide a cross-functional team on MS Projects.

Requirements:

• Over 4 years Salesforce experience (Multi-Cloud)
• Consulting background
• Proven background in a dedicated managed services position
• Salesforce Certification (Admin as a minimum)
• Strong hands-on ability with configuration and automation with flows.
• Personable and confident building strong relationships with stakeholders.
