As a Production Manager, you will play a key role in managing gaming projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth communication between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and the company. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.

• Manage and oversee the production of gaming projects from concept to launch
• Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking partners and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure project success
• Maintain clear communication between different departments and external teams
• Ensure the quality and consistency of gaming products in line with company standards

• Fluency in Japanese (essential)
• A genuine passion for the gaming industry
• 1-2 years of experience in production or project management (preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, creative environment
