Salary: £44,000 - £48,000 (Negotiable)

A growing construction company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead multiple commercial building projects. Specialising in dilapidation, refurbishment, roofing, and both planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and site management.
• Collaborate with teams on labour allocation and materials distribution.
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies, including RAMS, risk assessments, and site inspections.
• Manage site staff and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Control project finances, assist with claims, and provide financial reports.
