Kingsley Napley (KN) is currently recruiting for two BD & Marketing Managers within a permanent and 12-month FTC capacity.

Our permanent position is supporting our Criminal and Clinical Negligence practice areas, with our 12-month cover role supporting Employment and Immigration.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work directly with Partners on core BD and marketing activities, covering a range of work for our dynamic practice areas and sectors.

These roles are ideal for individuals looking to take the next step into manager roles and see their efforts directly correlated to business growth, and who are seeking an opportunity to work in a genuinely supportive and collegiate environment. These roles will encompass the full mix of marketing & BD work; with a focus on campaigns, events, client feedback programmes. You will also get to working with the digital teams, supporting on tenders/ pitches, whilst working directly with the practice areas on their social media, client/ market data and competitor analysis.

Candidates should be motivated, collaborative and professional ‘team players’ with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to deliver results. We are looking for candidates who have worked in business development and marketing within professional services environments.
