Maintenance Electrician

Our client is a well known and market leading manufacturing business in Gateshead who have seen significant investment over the past two years. They are currently looking to recruit a permanent Maintenance Electrician who would work on dayshift only.

Therole would be working closely with Production and the Engineering team with the main duties including:

• Maintaining plant equipment
• Providing support to the hift technicians
• Carrying out electrical PM
• Performing work which meets electrical codes and standards

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Ideally, experience of PLC's
• Ability to read and modify electrical drawings
• Write detailed account of shift issues and communicate to oncoming shifts

The package includes two annual bonuses and 33 days holiday.
