Plant Technician

We are working with the world s largest polymer foams manufacturer, specializing in the production of polymer products for various sectors such as construction, packaging, mattresses, sports shoes, etc.

Due to growth at their vast manufacturing site in Croydon, we are supporting them in appointing a new Shift Plant Techician to expand their On-Site Team.

This role involves maintaining unique industrial plastic foam manufacturing machinery, including steam boilers, thermal oil heaters, high-pressure compressors, and extrusion lines.

This position would suit a candidate with previous experience in both electrical and mechanical machinery maintenance, repair, and servicing in an industrial environment. Understanding of SCADA and CMMS maintenance experience will be an advantage.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working on a Panama Shift Pattern. The salary is £50 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus corporate benefits (23 shifts holiday, company pension, annual bonus, share purchase scheme, life assurance, etc.).
