Sales Account Manager

Talent-Uk are working closely with our new client based in West Yorkshire. Our client are a well established company. Our client is a market leader in design & print.

Due to expansion our client is now looking to recruit a full time Sales Account Manager to work Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00. This role is office based with occasional travel to customer sites.

This role requires a print background

The role:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts building & maintaining relationships.
• Generate new sales with existing and new customers
• Resolve any queries and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics quarterly, sales results and annual forecasts
• Develop ideas to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager particularly in the print industry.
• Hands-on experience in sales with an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
