Requirements of a Co-Pack Operative:

Sound education or equivalent in core subjects

Strong Administration skills and experience with data entry and manipulation

High level of IT literacy, Advanced skill level essential Intermediate/Advanced Excel skill Advance numeric and analytical skills

Ability to produce statistical data and analyse reports

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to follow work procedures

Good interpersonal, motivational and planning skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Positive, Focused, Can do Attitude, Right First time and deliver work with passion Ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.

Role of a Co-Pack Operative:

• Working in the Co-Pack area of the warehouse
