HR Project Manager – 6 Month Contract (Financial Services) £450 a day
We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to lead key compensation and benefits projects over a 6-month contract. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, working with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans, ensuring clear roles and continuous stakeholder engagement.
- Translate large data sets into clear presentations and insights for senior leaders.
- Lead process automation and collaborate with IT on system improvements (e.g., Workday).
Requirements:
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (v/x-lookup, index matching).
- Strong HR project management experience in a global environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors) and handling large data sets.
- Adaptable to change and ambiguity.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of UK and European benefits and reward benchmarking.
