Your new role
As a business administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Coordinating support activities to achieve the UK's business objectives and governance requirements.Capture and collate management information across the UK business.Ensure effective oversight of all UK functions.Representing the UK entity within the wider organisation for functions not present in the UK such as procurement, date protection and travel management.What you'll need to succeedKeen interest in the financial industryStrong Microsoft Capabilities, specifically PowerPoint and ExcelStrong attention to detailExcellent Written and Oral Communication SkillsStrong relationship building and interpersonal skills
