Looking to hire a Contract Project Manager to work with the Data & Analytics Team.
Competencies and capabilities:
- Understand and document the high-level scope and business value (outcomes) for every Technology & Data initiative in the backlog ,working with the stakeholders as appropriate to define and refine requirements and business value
- Define the resource types required to deliver the change and the creation of a rough order of magnitude for delivery effort
- Launch / manage immediate priority initiatives for the Technology & Data function
Experience:
- Significant experience in delivering Technology & Data initiatives to achieve outcomes (value)
- Demonstrable experience with MS Project and Azure DevOps (or JIRA)
- Must have Waterfall and Agile Delivery Experience (DSDM, PRINCE2 AGILE, PMI, etc.)
- Demonstrable experience of keeping a Team focussed under pressure
- Demonstrable experience of managing and giving confidence to engaged senior stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience of resource planning and management to align with Portfolio demand, identifying resource gaps as necessary
