IGA Talent Solutions has been instructed by a multinational organisation to hire a contractor within its HR/People department.

We seek an Employee Relations professional who will focus on supporting organisational Managers & Directors with ER advice and case management review.

• Gross Rate: £300-£350 per day (paid via external payroll service)
• Duration: 2-3 months initial contract with potential of extensions (up to max 2 yrs)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Hybrid full time (2 days office Bradford/Leeds region; 3 days WFH)
• Stakeholders: Mainly UK
