This is a role for you divisional head and, the financial crime compliance 1LOD strategists. The people who have run large global teams, and understand the nuances of doing so. You will LOVE financial crime compliance, and want to join a business that deeply values it, from the top.

This role will have a global team, including an outsourced provider, so experience in managing large 1LOD functions is a MUST. You will be skilled, experienced and confident in strategising, optimising and implementing financial crime sanctions screening and transaction monitoring tools.

Applicants sought will have:

• Experience leading both transaction monitoring and sanctions screening teams
• Experience leading a global function of 15+ people
• Experience implementing and working with tech and product to optimize 1LOD systems
• Current right to work in the UK
