Job Requirements/Description

The Brand

WE are partnered with an insane luxury jewelry retailer that is known and appreciated for their sophisticated pieces. They are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join their London team. At their lively workshop, each piece of jewelry is a testament to incredible artistry and dedication. EVERY piece of jewelry is made with care and skill, with skilled artisans that create each piece beautifully, using only the best materials. Their passion for making great jewelry runs in the family, going back generations. Now, they're known worldwide for their amazing work.

The Role

In this role, you'll manage the creative briefing process with the internal creative team and execute both business-as-usual (BAU) and triggered email builds using our ESP, Klaviyo. You'll oversee the scheduling, testing, and deployment of customer email campaigns and newsletters, ensuring smooth execution within Klaviyo. Continuously managing and segmenting the email database, you'll identify and target contacts at various stages of their journey with tailored campaigns. Through a test-and-learn approach, you'll optimize BAU and triggered email communications while also growing and enhancing multi-channel communications, including SMS. You'll assist in performance analysis on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, and play a key role in planning the email calendar in alignment with business-wide promotions. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the stores and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent customer communications and seamless journeys across all touchpoints.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in email marketing and/or campaign management, preferably within an eCommerce environment. While experience with an ESP like Klaviyo is preferred, it's not essential. A strong understanding of email marketing best practices and a commercially driven mindset, particularly from working in a fast-paced retail setting, is crucial. The role requires strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics being an advantage, as well as keen attention to detail. You should be a proactive team player with excellent grammar and spelling, and familiarity with tools like ASANA or similar project management platforms.
