Job Description: 

The Retail Operations Role reports to the Operations Manager and plays an integral part in client services and the logistical elements of stock movement and management across all areas of the business. This role is based at our Flagship store, 12 Symons Street London Location and is a full-time role. This is an entry to mid-level role and dependent on relevant experience in a similar operational role within a luxury or fashion environment. This is an exciting role and a wonderful opportunity to work with a beautiful product within an established and growing brand. 

 

Retail Sales Ambassador –Luxury Fine Jewellery  

Job Description 


  • An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a luxury jeweller based in the heart of Sloane Square. The successful candidate will join our retail sales team, and will be responsible for driving both customer service and sales to achieve brand targets in our flagship store. As well as making sure the displays and window visual merchandising is maintained to a high standard.  

 

Core responsibilities but not limited to are: 


  • Being the first point of contact for new and existing client enquiries. 
  • Maintaining impactful instore and window visual displays. 
  • Ensuring delivery of first-class customer service when assisting clients in store, online and via telephone. 
  • Proactive selling to clients developing strong relationships and enhancing the sales experience. 
  • Assisting the RM with general store operations. 
  • Representing the brand and maintaining high standards across the board. 
  • Supporting the merchandising team and other departments as required. 
  • Assisting at events as required. 
  • General store administrative tasks.

Skills + Attributes required: 

  • Experience in luxury retail beneficial 
  • Jewellery experience desirable 
  • Able to work with various delivery portals DHL, Fedex etc. 
  • Numerical and intermediate Excel skills  
  • Good analytical skills 
  • Good organisation skills 
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Comfortable with using stock and IT systems (Full Training will be given) 

 

*Full time role, Tuesday – Saturday.
