About the Role: As the Head of Marketing & Business Development, you will collaborate with senior leadership to implement and enhance strategic initiatives. You will manage and develop a talented team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support aligned with the firm's objectives. Your role will involve:

1. Leading the In-Group M&BD team, setting objectives, and ensuring consistent delivery.
2. Developing and implementing sector-specific business development plans.
3. Managing proposals, bids, and marketing materials for client opportunities.
4. Overseeing budget management and process improvements.
5. Building strong relationships across the firm's international network.
6. Driving client engagement and research initiatives.
7. Ensuring consistent brand management and effective PR campaigns.

What's needed:

1. Previous senior management level experience within a marketing and BD function across legal or professional services.
2. The ability to work with senior leadership teams to drive innovation and strategic priorities.
3. Ability to encourage a high performing mindset across the marketing and BD function.
4. Previous line management experience is essential.
