We are currently supporting a lovely school who are looking to recruit a dynamic Teaching Assistant to join their team of committed practitioners.
Responsibilities - The ideal Teaching Assistant for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
- This school requires a Teaching Assistant who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
- This school needs a Teaching Assistant who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.
- The Teaching Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
Qualifications/Experience - You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
