Commercial IP Associate - 2-4PQE

Pure Search are instructed by one of the leading TMT practices in the market who are looking to add to their Commercial IP team at 2-4PQE.

The Role:

Joining one of the largest and most well-regarded IP teams in Europe, you will support one of the key pillars of the firm's IP practice, their Life Sciences practice. This will see you working with a range of start-ups and SMEs to household names and global multinationals. You will support across a range of cross-border commercial IP work, from creation, development and commercialisation of assets through to advising on branding, design rights, software, licensing and tech.

The team are widely recognised for their technical expertise and there are many lawyers across the team who have technical/scientific qualifications or prior industry experience.

About You:

You will be a qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years post-qualification experience in a broad commercial IP role, with existing experience of life sciences. You should have experience of pharma, biotech or the life sciences sectors and experience advising across R&D agreements, licensing, partnership agreements, supply and distribution agreements, as well as some broader corporate support from an IP perspective. Our client will consider candidates with both private practice and in-house backgrounds.
