Conveyancer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancer with 3 years PQE to join a well-established law firm. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

As a Conveyancer, you will oversee a diverse caseload that includes sales and purchases, covering both freehold and leasehold transactions, as well as re-mortgages and lease extensions.

You will be responsible for:

• Drafting essential legal documents such as contracts, transfers, and mortgage deeds.
• Managing your calendar effectively and meeting critical deadlines.
• Regularly communicating with clients regarding their legal matters.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other professional advisers.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer, Legal Executiveor in a similar role.
• A minimum of 3 years PQE.
• Background in residential conveyancing.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Right to work in the UK.
