High Class Property Management Company requires
MOBILE CARETAKER
Duties include Gardening, maintenance & repairs and assisting the cleaning of common parts or residential studio flats
DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL
We will pay for travel expenses
Must be able to work as a team
You will be required to travel to multiple properties daily to check condition and carry out necessary repairs, change light fittings etc.
Regular mowing of grass and mowing of hedges
Assist in the cleaning of common areas ensuring our residential properties are maintained and cleaned to a high standard
Attention to details essential
