Planning / Environmental Solicitor - Up to £80,000 salary

The Opportunity

The team has a formidable reputation in the Planning sector, with an enviable roster of clients, including corporate and residential developers, registered providers, landowners, and local authorities. They have demonstrable expertise in nationally significant infrastructure projects for household names and are also noted for their capability in contentious planning matters.

The team regularly advises on nationally significant infrastructure projects, urban regeneration schemes, mixed-use schemes, commercial, industrial, residential, retail, employment, and leisure developments.

The role can be based in either Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham or Cardiff.

The Candidate

• A Planning/Environmental Solicitor with 1-6 years post-qualification experience or equivalent
• A background asset management, purchase/sales and tenancy is essential
• Sound technical ability and strong commercial awareness
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues/ clients
• A keen interest in all aspects of Planning law
• Excellent academic profile
