Job Title: Senior JavaScript Developer
Location: Hybrid in London or Leeds office
Budget: Up to 80k DOE

What will you do:
- Design and build web apps using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB.
- Contribute to both front-end and back-end development.
- Lead and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure high technical quality across the team.
- Architect new features and improve code quality.
- Collaborate with the product team to maintain high standards for user stories and tickets.
What do you bring:
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or JavaScript, with experience in React, Node.js (or both).
- Hands-on experience with databases, ideally MongoDB.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Solid understanding of development tools and practices (Git, pull requests, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD).
