Salary: 26-30k

We are currently seeking an Air Tightness Consultant to join a well-established consultancy specialising in providing sustainable building compliance services. The consultancy offers comprehensive advice and support at every stage of development and serves a diverse client base including prominent international architectural firms, national contractors, and local authorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering cost-effective and efficient services to meet sustainability and compliance needs.

The responsibilities for this role include attending meetings with design and contractor teams, evaluating designs, conducting PassivHaus Air Testing, performing room integrity testing, and preparing reports to assess design and monitoring issues during initial construction phases.

The main requirements for the air tightness position include having a bachelor's degree in building engineering, acoustics, energy, environmental science, or equivalent experience. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with extensive experience in airtightness or a related field, or possession of the CWCT qualification. A valid driver's licence is also required for this role.
