High-Level Executive Assistant based in Brussels – Start ASAP

A business man is on the hunt for a high-end executive assistant to assist him in both his very busy corporate and private life.

The role is a split 30% Private/Personal and 70% Corporate/Business. The client is a businessman with a family, therefore the candidate will be exposed to lots of sensitive information meaning it is vital that discretion is understood.

The main Corporate/Business duties will include but not be restricted to:

• Coordinating meetings and events
• Travel arrangements
• Agenda Management
• Expense Management

The main Private/Personal duties will include but not be restricted to:

• Agenda management related to family investments
• Liaising with advisors
• Managing personal/family expenses (staff etc.)
• Administrative tasks with respect to medical/personal appointments etc.

This role requires to be proactive, consummate critical thinking skills, unflinching accountability, common sense, and the ability to distill complex information into concise and prioritised communications.

Whilst the role offers 9:00am to 6:00 pm, the candidate will be required to support the client in the evenings and sporadically over the weekend if necessary.

The ideal candidate will be hyper-organised a great logistical planner who is level headed.
