Junior Customer Success Manager (SaaS)

Hybrid / Remote

Greater Manchester

£30,000 base + up to £8,000 in comm

This is a great opportunity for someone with a blend of technical skills and customer service or account management experience, looking to grow their career in customer success within a fast-growing SaaS company.


The Role

As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll work closely with a team of experienced professionals, managing a portfolio of clients and helping them maximise the value of their platform. Previous experience is not essential but would be beneficial. You’ll receive mentoring and support, but having some technical experience is essential for understanding and solving client issues. This role offers great potential for growth into a senior customer success position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong client relationships and ensure their goals are met.
  • Provide technical support, assisting with system setup and troubleshooting.
  • Manage onboarding and integration of the platform into client systems.
  • Drive client retention and identify upsell opportunities.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with SaaS platforms or related technologies would be ideal
  • Some experience in account management / project management or custmer success
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
