Lettings Property Manager - Duties & Responsibilities:
- Tenant and client liaison.
- Building relationships with internal departments, working to identify any process improvements.
- Management of rent reviews and notices, and performing inspections.
- Managing legislative reviews and updates.
- Responsibility for health & safety and statutory compliance.
- Delivering regular client update reports and providing excellent communication.
Lettings Property Manager - Skills & Requirements:
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Working well as part of a team and takes initiative.
- Confident telephone manner with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to get things done and overcome challenges through influencing and tenacity; real resilience is required for this role.
- Confident, open, and articulate communicator both orally and in writing, with exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Thrives in a pressure-driven environment, meeting multiple deadlines and juggling priorities.
- Ability to quickly build trust and professional relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office.
