Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for patients with neurological conditions, including head injuries, spinal injuries, strokes, and neurodegenerative diseases.
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and monitor patients' neurological status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on neurological conditions, treatment plans, and ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all clinical practices comply with the highest healthcare standards.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Previous experience in a neuro or critical care setting.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
