Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of volunteers, paid staff, premises, and stock.

• Achieve shop income and profit targets, and identify new ways to promote the business.

• Take a hands-on approach, including working behind the till, sorting donations, steaming clothes, and more.

Requirements

General management experience, ideally in retail.
A proactive, customer-focused approach to work.
