Position Details:
- Role: KS4 SEMH Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in KS4 with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people with SEMH needs is desirable.
- A genuine passion for supporting the educational and emotional development of students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
