Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the primary school curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Support students' academic progress and social development, catering to their individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan and implement creative and effective learning activities.
- Provide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and other staff to support students' well-being and academic growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and contribute to the development of learning materials and resources.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a teacher in a primary school setting.
- Familiarity with the national primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
- Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment for students with diverse learning needs.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
- Valid DBS and right to work document.
